Program overview

Our Ninja program takes full body muscle building aspects of Gymnastics, leg power and balance from Tumbling and the fun of Obstacle course training into an energetic and progressive curriculum. 

Ninja 1 (Ages 5-8)- This is where it all starts for our Ninjas. This level covers the basics, introduces concepts that our Ninjas will use for the rest of their time in the gym, along with making sure everyone is clear of what the rules of the gym are.

Ninja 2 - This is the next step for our Ninjas who have completed the Ninja 1 skill card OR for athletes 9-up who are starting out. We will be building on the foundation laid out in Ninja 1 and developing stronger muscles and more difficult Ninja skills.

Ninja 3 - This is our Ninja Team. This is the next step for Ninjas who have completed the Ninja 2 skill card. This program aims to train young athletes to conquer Ninja Warrior inspired obstacles and gain new tumbling skills.  Athletes in this class work on building their strength and improving their physical endurance.
