Gymnastics Camps

Gymnastics Camp (9am-1pm) Ages 2+

Each day will include structured gymnastics, a creative activity, games and challenges. Campers need to bring a snack, water bottle and lunch.

Specialty Camps

Cheer Camp

Every camper will receive custom cheer practice wear (shirt, shorts and bow) that they will wear on the last day of camp. There is a performance on the last day of camp for friends & family to come watch! Campers will focus on the basics of cheerleading and incorporate skills learned into a routine which will be performed on the last day of camp. This includes jumps, motions, tumbling, cheers, stunts, and a dance.

Campers need to bring a snack, lunch, and water bottle each day.

Ninja Camp

Every camper will receive a custom ninja shirt. Campers will participate in drills and stations that focus on strength, agility, speed, body control, and balance. Campers will learn skills on our trampolines, tumble tracks, practice climbing the ropes and walking the slack line. Campers will also enjoy games, obstacle courses, and free open play. During ninja camp we will discuss safety and sportsmanship.

American Girl Camp

Every camper will receive a custom leotard with a matching doll leotard. Campers will spend the week learning about some of their favorite American girl dolls, playing games and making crafts. Girls (and dolls) will participate in structured gymnastics and a dance practice everyday. When registering for this camp please put child's leotard size in the notes. We recommend ordering one size bigger than their current clothing size.

Musical Theater Camp

Rec Team/Trampoline & Tumbling Camp

Are you a current Rec Team student looking to improve/learn skills? Interested in joining Rec Team, but not sure if it’s the right fit or what level you would be? Join us for Rec Team Camp!

 Rec Team Camp is for new or existing rec team students. New students must be advanced beginner level or higher (must have bridge and cartwheel).

 Students will work on drills, skills, and technique to set the foundation for gymnastics. Routines on all four gymnastics events: bars, beam, vault, and foor. There will be an inital evaluaton to determine which level/group a student will partcipate in during camp, and a final evaluation on for all students to determine if they are ready to move up to the next level.

Dance Camp

Dancers will work throughout the week on various styles of dance and technique. Each camper will receive a DMGC Dance Camp shirt.

Add Daytime Playtime 1-3PM to any of our 9am-1pm camps to extend your childs day until 3PM.
