Annual Enrollment

Classes at DMGC operate as annual programs with the flexibility to join or withdraw at any time during the year. Tuition is an annual fee divided into 12 equal monthly payments, plus an annual registration fee based on the school year (August–June).

Registration may be completed online, by phone, or at the front desk.

Enrollment is ongoing. Once a student is registered, they remain enrolled until a written drop request is submitted and confirmed by DMGC.

Trial Classes & Getting Started

DMGC does not offer free or drop-in trial classes. All students must register and pay tuition plus the annual registration fee to begin.

If you are not satisfied after your child’s first class, notify us within 24 hours and we will refund the tuition and registration fee. Once a second class is attended, standard tuition policies apply.

Tuition Billing

Tuition is processed on the 15th of the month prior to the month of enrollment (for example, February tuition is charged on January 15).

Students who register after the 15th of the month will be charged:

• A prorated amount for the remainder of the current month, and
• One full month of tuition for the following month at the time of registration.

All families are required to keep a valid credit card on file.

Drop requests must be submitted in writing by the 14th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. A student is officially withdrawn once a confirmation email is received from DMGC. Attendance & Makeups

Tuition reserves your child’s place in class and is not adjusted based on attendance.

Makeup classes are permitted and must be completed within 30 days of the missed class. Students must be actively enrolled at the time the makeup is redeemed. Makeups can be scheduled online or through the app.

Refunds & Credits

Once tuition has been processed, there are no refunds or credits (excluding the First-Class Money-Back Guarantee).

There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.

Camps are transferable but non-refundable.

All account credits must be used within 90 days.

Billing & Account Policies

If a card on file is declined, the billing contact has 7 days to update payment information. Repeated declined payments may result in removal from the program.

Families with multiple enrollments receive a $5 discount on each additional class.
